Join Us for the 2nd Annual VEZ CUP – Honoring the Life and Legacy of Jeremy Vezina

We invite you to celebrate the life and legacy of Jeremy Vezina at the 2nd Annual VEZ CUP, a day dedicated to fun, connection, and giving back in the spirit of someone who gave so much.

Jeremy—affectionately known as “Vez”—will always be remembered as a devoted son, brother, and friend, a skilled tradesman, an above-average cook, and a successful entrepreneur. As the Eastern Ontario Territory Manager for Garland Inc., Jeremy excelled professionally—but the roles he cherished most were being a loving father to Owen and a supportive partner to Pam.

During Jeremy’s final days, he was cared for by the exceptional staff at The Ottawa Hospital – Civic Campus ICU. Their compassion, professionalism, and support brought comfort to Jeremy and his loved ones during an incredibly difficult time. In recognition of the care he received, this year’s VEZ CUP proceeds will go toward purchasing new furniture for the Civic Hospital ICU—creating a more comfortable and welcoming space for families staying close to their loved ones.

Jeremy’s legacy of generosity lives on through his decision to become an organ donor, a gift that saved the lives of three people and profoundly impacted their families. We hope to raise awareness about the life-changing power of organ donation—it is one of the greatest gifts anyone can give.
